Andy is the President of Huckaba & Associates, a management consulting firm focusing on strategy, leadership, and coaching. Andy is a founding member and Partner of the Ad Astra Coach Alliance. He holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Civic and Community Leadership Coach, and Coaching with the Power of Metaphors. Andy is an instructor with the KU Public Management Center, teaching classes on management, leadership, communications, and conflict. He brings deep and proven leadership experience with over two decades as an elected and appointed official, leadership roles for the Federal Communications Commission, the National League of Cities, and several not-for-profit boards of directors.
